Data Upload Process
Follow our standardized process to contribute your research data

Contribute your research data to the HOLSEA Datahub by following our standardized upload process. This ensures data consistency and compatibility across all datasets in our platform.

1. Get HOLSEA Template

Get the official HOLSEA data workbook with all required sheets and formatting

2. Fill & Export CSVs

Complete the Excel sheets with your data, then export each sheet as CSV files (UTF-8 encoding)

• longform_sheet → save as CSV
• radiocarbon_sheet → save as CSV

3. Upload to Platform

Use our guided upload process to submit your prepared CSV files

  • Download and review the instruction documents above
  • Ensure your CSV files are saved with UTF-8 encoding
  • Verify that column headers match the template exactly
